360 Commercial Environments are delighted to gain Constructionline SIlver accreditation.

Refurbishment at St Peter's

Client: Ashford & St Peter's Hospitals

Project Value: £180,000

Contract Period: 12 weeks

360CE are carrying out refurbishments in the maternity ward. A 12 week phased programme is enabling the ward to stay fully operational at all times.

Roof Refurbishment

Client: Royal Berkshire Hospital

Project Value: £200,000

Contract Period: 12 weeks

A very complex roof refurbishment has been completed at Bracknell Healthspace, Brants Bridge requiring extensive out-of-hours working.

Diagnostics Centre Refurbishment

Client: InHealth

Project Value: £220,000

Contract Period: 12 weeks

360CE have completed a major D&B refurbishment for InHealth, the largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions in the UK.

Staff Wellbeing Centre

Client: Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital

Project Value: £70,000

Contract Period: 10 weeks

To provide a respite area for staff, 360 Medical, part of 360CE, have reconfigured and refurbished three rooms to create a new Wellbeing Centre at the RNOH, Stanwell.

Enabling Works

Client: Great Western Hospital

Project Value: £550,000

Contract Period: 14 Weeks

360 Commercial have been awarded the design and build contract for the new mobile scanning units at Great Western Hospital. The new facility will allow three mobile diagnostic units for Breast Screening, CT/MRI and PET CT scanning.

Roofing Repairs

Client: NHS Property Services

Project Value: £50,000

Contract Period: 5 Weeks

Built in the 1830's, the roofs at Upton Hospital, Slough, were in need of repair. In particular, protection was needed to prevent loose tiles falling on passing pedestrians and vehicles.

GP Surgery Upgrades

Client: Cheam GP Centre

Project Value: £55,000

Contract Period: Phased 8 weeks

The Cheam GP centre needed to upgrade its IPS panel wash hand basins, to comply with HTM 64 guidelines. It appointed 360 Medical to carry out a phased installation.

Estates Office Refurbishment

Client: The Royal Berkshire Hospital

Project Value: £65,000

Contract Period: 6 weeks

To provide for a new Estates office, the Royal Berkshire Hospital recommissioned two existing static cabins within their grounds.

King Edward VII Memorial Hospital Refurbished Windows by 360Medical

Listed Building Window Refurbishment

Client: King Edward VII Hospital, WIndsor, Berkshire Healthcare

Project Value: £130k

Contract Period: 14 weeks, phased

Replacing the windows in this Grade II Listed Building was never an option, so 360 Medical carried out a carefully phased refurbishment of all 106 original wooden sash windows.
