Work has been completed on a particularly complex roofing refurbishment at Bracknell Healthspace, Brants Bridge for The Royal Berkshire Hospital.
At over 520m2, 360 CE were appointed to carry out the full strip, re-batten, re-felt and relay with Redland Cambrian tiles. The project also included over 110m2 of flat roofing, sealed using Restec Flexitec.
The project took 12 weeks, which included extensive out-of-hours working as part of the roofs could only be accessed via publicly accessed clinical areas. Another great project completed.
